The Plan

Our mission is to give one of the fastest-paced industries a way to hire even faster. The best part about it is that we can't wait to create it. Since a hospitality worker started our company, we understand how badly a quicker and more efficient way to hire and get hired in this industry is needed. The steps toward making it happen are in the works, and here are a few that we have taken so far.

Sousflex Headquarters

We are now headquartered at the one and only Capital Factory in downtown Austin. We specifically chose to work out of Capital Factory because of its excellent reputation and contribution to the startup space overall. If you're at Startup week this week, make sure to say hi!

Our First Partnership

We are always going to want to make things better for everyone that our company affects, this is why we are proud to partner with Opolis. This partnership is to make sure that workers who accept “Hot Shifts” on the Sousflex app for on-demand work have access to vision, dental, and health benefits.

Our Team is Growing 👀
